OneStepUp

OneStepUp is a company that owns multiple Men's and Women's clothing brands. I am the head Designer for two of them, RBX Active and SMITH'S American. RBX at its core is a Performance Activewear brand that specializes in fitness apparel for the gym, running, outdoors as well as some lifestyle garments. I was brought in to elevate the Mens side of the brand through design, color, silhouette, fabric and trims. The same is true about SMITH'S American. SMITH'S is a workwear brand that was founded in 1906 in Brooklyn. SMITH'S Primarily focuses on authentic, durable, and affordable workwear that can confidently be worn on the job site. Being the head Designer for these brands I oversee the entire design cycle for each brands, from initial design inspiration and research all the way to production. We sell to many different customers but some names include, Costco, BJ's, Ross, TJ Maxx, Boscov's, Dunham's, Sam's, Burlington and Dick's.
